    Operation Electric Hotplates To switch on a hotplate, turn the relevant control knob to the required heat setting. The control knob is numbered 1 - 6 0 - OFF 1 - Minimum 6 - Maximum.     Electric Oven Oven Function Control Knob Oven Light - The oven light will be on without any cooking function Defrost Setting - This setting is intended to assist in thawing of frozen food (see page 16).
