AUSPACKUNG UND ZUSAMMENBAU Aus Gründen der Lagerung und des Transports werden einige Bauteile der Maschine nicht in der Fabrik eingebaut, sondern müssen nach Entfernung der Verpackung nach den folgenden Anweisungen montiert werden. WICHTIG Die Maschine wird ohne Motoröl und Benzin geliefert. Vor dem Anlassen des Motors ist Motoröl einzufüllen und Benzin zu tanken, wobei die Vorschrif- ten des Motorhandbuchs zu beachten sind.

    GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG DE 17 5. GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG 5.1 EMPFEHLUNGEN FÜR DIE SICHERHEIT GEFAHR! Benutzen Sie die Maschine ausschließlich für den Zweck, für die sie bestimmt ist (Mähen von Gras). Die Sicherheitseinrichtungen, mit denen die Maschine ausgestattet ist, dürfen nicht verändert oder entfernt werden. SEIEN SIE SICH STETS BEWUSST, DASS DER BENUTZER IMMER FÜR DRITTEN ZUGEFÜGTE SCHÄDEN VERANTWORT- LICH IST.
  • Page 20 DE 18 GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG – Ausschalten des Motors, wenn auch nur eine der Voraussetzungen für die Sicherheit fehlt. a) Um den Motor anzulassen, müssen in jedem Fall: – die Gangschaltung im “Leerlauf” stehen; – die Messer ausgeschaltet sein; – der Benutzer auf dem Sitz der Maschine sitzen oder die Feststellbremse angezogen sein.

    GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG DE 19 5.3 VORBEREITUNGEN VOR ARBEITSBEGINN Vor dem Beginn der Arbeit muss man eine Reihe von Prüfungen und Operationen durch- führen, um sicherzustellen, dass die besten Ergebnisse erzielt und maximale Sicherheit erreicht wird. 5.3.1 E INSTELLUNG DES SITZES Um die Position des Sitzes zu verändern, muss man die vier Befestigungsschrauben (1) lösen und den Sitz entlang der Ösen der Halterung verschieben.

Dabei ist darauf zu ach- ten, dass der Tank nicht ganz gefüllt wird. Der Tankinhalt beträgt rund 5,5 Liter GEFAHR! Das Tanken muss bei abgestelltem Motor an einem freien und gut belüfteten Ort erfolgen.

    GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG DE 21 5.3.5 K ONTROLLE DER LEISTUNGSFÄHIGKEIT DER SICHERHEITSSYSTEME Die Leistungsfähigkeit der Sicherheitssysteme ist durch Simulation der aufgelisteten Situationen des Auslösens (☛ 5.2) zu überprüfen. Dazu ist zu kontrollieren, ob in jeder aufgeführten Situation die angezeigte Wirkung erzielt wird. 5.3.6 K ONTROLLE DES BREMSSYSTEMS Sich vergewissern, dass die Bremsleistung der Maschine den Einsatzbedingungen ent-...

  • Page 30 DE 28 GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG 5.4.10 V ORRICHTUNG ZUM SCHUTZ DER ELEKTRONISCHEN STEUERKARTE Die elektronische Steuerkarte ist mit einer Schutzvorrichtung mit automatischer Rückstel- lung versehen, die den Stromkreis bei Störungen der elektrischen Anlage unterbricht. Das Auslösen verursacht das Abstellen des Motors und wird durch das Ausschalten der Kon- trolllampe angezeigt.

    DE 32 WARTUNG 6. WARTUNG 6.1 EMPFEHLUNGEN FÜR DIE SICHERHEIT ACHTUNG! Vor jedem Eingriff zur Reinigung, Wartung oder Reparatur sind der Zündschlüssel zu ziehen und die entsprechenden Anweisungen zu lesen. Zweckmäßige Kleidung anziehen und beim Ausbau und erneuten Einbau der Messer sowie in allen Situationen, die Gefahren für die Hände mit sich bringen, Arbeitshandschuhe benutzen.

  • Page 37 WARTUNG DE 35 6.2.2 A NLEITUNG FÜR DIE VORGESEHENE WARTUNG Diese Tabelle hat den Zweck, Ihnen zu helfen, Ihre Maschine leistungsfähig und sicher zu halten. In ihr sind die wichtigsten Operationen von Wartung und Schmierung mit Angaben der zeitlichen Abstände, in denen sie zu wiederholen sind, aufgeführt. Neben jeder Opera- tion finden Sie eine Reihe von Kästchen, in die Sie das Datum oder die Zahl der Betriebs- stunden, nach denen die Operation vorgenommen worden ist, eintragen können.
