Compressor shell temperature
too high protection
Is the protector plug
connected to the CN902
of the control board
tightly or not

Stop the machine for a
while then check the pins
of the protector plug if it
is short or not
Yes
Normal protecton,unit
refrigerant charge low, or the
two valves that connecting to
indoor unit are not opening
Shell protec�on test point:
Compressor protection device is
open. Wait to see if it resets.
A feel test on compressor should
con rm when cool. If device is
still open, replace device.

Reconnect the plug
The protector fault, replace it.

Or the protector connecting
wire in the conpressor is
loosen, check it
