CHARGING THE BATTERY

This work lamp includes a maintenance-free lithium-ion battery which can be charged using the enclosed
plug-in power unit. As an option, the lamp can also be charged using the 12 V or 24 V DC port in your car.
The corresponding charging adapter is optionally available.
• Prior to use, the battery must be charged for approx. 5 hours.
• After use, the work lamp must be reconnected to the power source. The work lamp can permanently
remain connected to the power source. The electronic charging circuit offers optimal charging conditions
preventing the battery from being overcharged.
Please note the following when charging the battery in the car:

Switch off the lamp before placing it in the charging cradle. Otherwise, if the lamp is on
and the ignition of your car is off, the emergency light function is activated and the battery
of your work lamp is discharged.
