A) SETTING THE TIME
1. Pull the crown out to the second click position
2. Turn the crown clockwise to set the hour and minute hands.
3. The date changes at approximately midnight, so be sure to set the hands to the correct A.M.
or P.M. time.
4. Push the crown back in to the normal position.
B) CORRECTING THE DATE
1. Pull the crown out to the first click position.
2. Turn the crown clockwise to quickly correct the date. Do not use this function between the
hours of 9 P.M. and 3 A.M. because the date changing mechanism is engaged and the date
correction will not be accurate.
3. Push the crown back in to the normal position.
C) OPERATING THE CHRONOGRAPH (CHRONO)
1. Push the Mode Button "C" to change the mode of the watch to chronograph timing. The
long second hand will move slowly to the 12 o'clock starting position. Unlike the smooth opera-
tion of the second hand during normal timing, this hand will move in one second increments
during chrono timing.
2. Check that the other chrono hands are in their correct zero starting position.
If not, go directly to section "E" below to reset the hands correctly, then come back to this
instruction. If yes, then you may use the chronograph as follows.
3. Push button "A" to start the chronograph timing. Push it again to stop the Chronograph. The
maximum timing is 12 hours.
