Surface burners
Remove the cooktop, following instructions
under "Removable
cooktop" below.
Wipe off surface burners with warm, soapy
water and a soft cloth after each use.
Gccasionally
check the burner flames for
proper size and shape as shown. A good flame
is blue in color. If flames lift off ports, are yellow,
or are noisy when turned off, you may need to
clean the burners (see "Cleaning tips" on
page 78) or call a qualified technician for
adjustment.
Removable cooktop
Remove surface burner grates and reflector
pans. Also remove griddle cover, griddle and
insert (under griddle).
Lift front of cooktop enough to clear front of
range. Grasp both sides of the cooktop. lift
and pull forward to remove.
