    Preparing the IBM i logical partition to connect to a 5250 console session Learn how to set up your IBM i logical partition so that it can communicate with the 5250 console on a Hardware Management Console (HMC). To connect to a 5250 console using the HMC, you must ensure that the IBM i logical partition profile properties are set up properly.
