Reprocessing hollow instruments

Before connecting hollow instruments, please make sure that all
hollow sections are free of blockages. Otherwise the cleaning solu-
tion will not be able to access all areas properly.
Place hollow instruments onto injector nozzles. The height-ad-
justable frame will hold the instruments in position
At the end of the programme, hollow parts of instruments must be
dried with sterile compressed air before further processing or steril-
isation in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Please
observe local and national health and safety regulations.
Where necessary the injector nozzles supplied can be replaced with
different fittings, e.g. holders for dental transmission instruments, ir-
rigation sleeves etc. Examples are given in the following pages.
 Narrow lumen instruments require the suds solution to be
filtered prior to use. The injector manifolds can be fitted with an A
800 tubular filter for this purpose. The tubular filter is supplied with
its own instructions.
