Carburettor settings

The carburettor's job is to deliver a combustible mixture of air
and gasoline to the cylinder.
The amount of this mixture is controlled with the throttle.
The carburettor has only one adjustment setting, namely the
idle speed setting.
Setting idle speed:
1. Run the engine warm for about 4 minutes at 9,500–
10,000 rpm.
2. If the idle speed exceeds 3,700 rpm it can be lowered by
turning the idle screw (T) anticlockwise.
3. Adjust the idle speed to 2,800 – 3,100 rpm.
