Problem
Cannot Switch

TF Card
not detected
TF Card too slow
No flash
Images not
crisp
Exposure time
too long
Incorrect

Never open the shell of Camera, high voltage circuit could cause electric shock.
Probable Causes
Incorrect battery orientation
Battery level too low
If using USB can switch on,
battery is probably dead
Press POWER switch too briefly
Contact not cleaned
Card error
Bad Card
Data jammed
Battery too low to charge flash
Flash charging not completed
Ambient too bright
Flash has no significant effect
Incorrect Normal / Marco focus
Hand shake
Target is moving too fast
High Sensitivity or
Night Mode is being used
Incorrect White balance
or EV setting
Solutions
Re-insert battery properly (See 1)
Charge battery (See 4)
Replace battery
(NOKIA BL-5B)
Hold POWER switch for 2 seconds
Use alcholol to clean the contact points
Format TF Card with a PC
Replace Card
Format Card with PC or Camera
(See 17 Camera>Setup>Format)
Charge battery (See 4)
Observe flash charge

Switch Off Flash
Select accordingly (See 1.19)
Use a tripod or other steady
objects to stabilize camera
Set self-timer to 2 seconds
Normal performance
(This camera has no mechanical
shutter)
Exposure time will be automatically
extended to compensate the darkness.
Using tripod is highly recommended
Select again properly (see 17)
