4 Einbau des Kabelbaumes für neuen Über-
stromauslöser

Steckerleiste -X11 mit den Leitungen des Auslösema-
gneten -F5 ergänzen, sofern vorhanden auch mit den
Leitungen einer Wiedereinschaltsperre -F6 bzw. -F7
(MLFB-Ergänzung Z = W02 bzw. W05) oder einer ent-
sprechenden Ausgelöst-Meldung (MLFB-Ergänzung Z =
M02 bzw. M05)

Steckerleiste -X11 im Schalter montieren

Kabelbaum und Einzelleitungen mit Kabelbinder im Schal-
ter fixieren und festbinden

Bei der Nachrüstung, von Überstromauslösern mit Erd-
schluß den entsprechenden Summenstromwandler (nicht
Bestandteil dieses Bausteines) schalterseitig auf dem
oberen Querträger, montieren (siehe hierzu auch Be-
triebsanleitung 3ZX1812-0WX31-0CN0 / 9239 9634 174)
und mit den gemäß Schaltplan gekennzeichneten Leitun-
gen versehen.

Des weiteren am Bedienpult oben links das vorgezeich-
nete Loch (5.1) auf D = 25 ± 0.3 mm ausbohren

Das Loch wird zur Durchführung eines Prüfsteckers be-
nötigt und kann mit dem im Baustein "Summenstrom-
wandler" befindlichen Kapsto-Deckel verschlossen wer-
den

overcurrent release
Supplement connector block -X11 with the leads of the
tripping solenoid -F5, and (if they are present) also with the
leads of a reclosing lockout -F6 or -F7 (machine-readable
product designation supplement Z = W02 or W05), or with an
appropriate "tripped" signal (machine-readable product des-
ignation supplement Z = M02 or M05)
Fit connector block -X11 in circuit-breaker
Fix and secure cable harness and individual leads with
binder in the circuit-breaker
When retrofitting overcurrent releases with earth fault
feature, install the relevant summation current transform-
er (not included in the scope of supply of this module) on
the breaker side on the upper cross-arm (see operating
instructions 3ZX1812-0WX31-0CN0 / 9239 9634 174);
equip it with the leads as shown in the circuit diagram.
Bore through the hole (5.1) marked on the upper left-hand
section of the control panel to increase its diameter to
25 ± 0.3 mm
The hole is used for introduction of a test plug and can be
closed off by means of the Kapsto cover in the summation
current transformer modular assembly
