Never force the latch handle. Forcing the handle will damage the door lock mechanism.
The oven door must be closed and all controls set correctly for the cycle to work properly.
Wipe up heavy soil on the oven
bottom.
Before a Clean Cycle
For the filst self-clean
cycle, we recommend
venting
your kitchen
wkh an open window
or using a ventilation
fan or hood.
Remove the racks, any broiler pan,
broiler grid, all cookware and any
aluminum
foil flom tile oven.
The oven racks can be self-cleaned,
but they will darken, lose their luster
and become hard to slide.
Do not use commerciM
oven cleaners
or
oven protectoIs
in or near file self-cleaning
oven. A combination
of any of fllese
products
plus file high clean cycle
temperatures
may damage
the porcelmn
finish of the oven.

Rinse well with clean wamr and d_ T.
Do not clean file gasket. The fiberglass
material of file oven door gasket cannot
withstand abrasion. It is essential for the
gasket to remain intact. If you notice it
becoming worn or flayed, replace it.

Make sure the oven light bulb cover
is in place and the oven light is of£

Touch tile SELF CLEANpad.

Touch tile + or-
pads until the
desired Clean Time is displayed.
TheCleanTime is normally 4 hoursand20 minutes.
You canchangetheCleanTime toanytimebetween
3 and5 hours, d epending on theamountof soil
in youroven.

Touch tile START/ON pad.
The self-clean
cycle will automatically
begin after CLEAN is displayed
and tile time
cotlntdown
appears
in the display.
While die oven is self-cleaning,
you can
touch
file CLOCKpad to display the time
of day: To return
to file clean countdown,
touch
file SELFCLEAN pad.
The oven shuts off automatically
when
tile
clean cycle is complete,
and 0:00 will flash
in the display.
