    IMPORTANT Installer and Users please note: These instructions should be read carefully and left with the user of the product for future reference. BEFORE USE You must inspect the appliance including its cable for any signs of damage. If the product is damaged, DO NOT use it, and contact your supplier immediately.
  • Page 3  Maintenance and/or repair of electrical components MUST be carried out by qualified and authorized Prem-i-Air engineers for the warranty to take effect. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

    4. Connect the pressure hose to the lance with the screw connector and tighten with a 17mm spanner. Connect the opposite end to the pressure outlet and tighten the screw thread in a clockwise direction. 5. Connect the 2 sections of the lance together by aligning the slots on the lance with those on the nozzle section or attach the detergent bottle as required.
  • Page 6 Using the lance; Nozzle The lance nozzle can be adjusted to give a concentrated or wide fan spray pattern. Care should be taken using the narrow spray pattern that the force of the spray does not damage the surface being cleaned. Larger areas can be cleaned faster using a wider fan pattern and the risk of damage to surfaces will be greatly reduced.

    At time of going to press, the average cost of electricity is £0.13 per unit (kilowatt- hour). The amount you are being charged will be shown on your electricity bill. At this cost, the EH1684 will cost £0.20 per hour to run. DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING You must not dispose of this appliance with domestic household waste.

    MAINTENANCE Before cleaning, turn the pressure washer off, and disconnect from the mains supply. The unit may then be cleaned using a damp cloth with a drop of washing- up liquid to remove any dust or dirt from the case. Do no use stronger detergents or solvents as these may damage the case finish.

Should this unit be operated under conditions other than those recommended, at voltages other than the voltage indicated on the unit, or any attempts made to service or modify the unit, then the warranty will be rendered void.
