    Setting the time <Tips for Accurate Time Setting> Hour hand Minute hand •First of all, with the second hand stopped at the 0 second position, advance the minute hand 4 to 5 minutes ahead of the correct time. Secondly, adjust it back to the correct time.

    Setting the date 1. Pull the crown out to position 1. Date 2. Turn the crown counterclockwise indication to set the date. • Please note that if you turn the crown clockwise, the alarm hand will move, which means that the alarm set time will be changed. • If the date is set between the hours of around 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM, the date may not change on the next day.

    Using the chronograph • This chronograph can measure and display up to 12 hours in 1/20 second units. After displaying for 12 hours, it starts measuring from 0 second again. • The chronograph 1/20 second hand keeps time continuously for 30 seconds after starting and then stops at the 0 second position.

The second hand stops at the 0 second position and changes to the chronograph 1/20 second hand. 2. Each time button (B) is pressed, the chronograph starts and stops repeatedly with a confirmation tone.

    Resetting the chronograph hands The chronograph second hand and chronograph 1/20 second hand may not return to the 0 second position after the battery has been replaced. Moreover, these hands may also move slightly and show inaccurate time if the watch has been given a strong shock. In such cases, reset the chronograph hands to the 0 position according to the following procedures.

In the case of this watch, the average speed can be approximately determined for a certain distance by measuring how many seconds it takes to travel 1 kilometer (measuring range: maximum 60 seconds).
