This warranty Is extended only to the original purchaser A purchase receipt or other proof al date of
original purchase will be required before warranty service Is rendered
This warranty only covers failures due lo defects In material and workmanship which occur during normal
use and (when applicable) does not cover the print and ink cartridge, the toner cartridge and drum unit or
the film cartridge The warranty does not cover damages which occurred

are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or la1lures which result from accident, misuse,
abuse, neglect, m1shandl1ng, faulty 1nstallat1on, mIsapplicat1on, set-up adjustments, improper operation or

signal reception problems, commercial use such as hotel,

RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS
WARRANTY ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH
