Cautions during Communication
PCB connection
2 EXPANSION KITs and outdoor units can be
connected to 1 Communication PCB, and in
such case, be careful not to confuse the con-
nection of pipe temperature sensor and com-
munication line.

same 'A' part.

KIT, refer to EXPANSION KIT manual.

Cautions during the connection of
the Outdoor unit communication
line
- If the power cable and the communication
line are connected in parallel, due to the in-
terference signal generated from the electro-
magnetic integration effect, the system may
malfunction.
If the communication line and the indoor unit
power cable are worked together, you must
have at least 50mm gap between the indoor
unit power cable and the communication
line.
- Gap with other facility power cables

! CAUTION
• It is the value assuming the length of
the continuing cable to be up to 100 m.
If it is 100 m or more, it has to be re-cal-
culated proportional to the extended
length.
• If a distortion keeps occurring in the
waveform of the power even if the gap
is maintained, please have farther gap.
- If several cables are inserted in the
transmission cable or tied together,
make sure to consider the following
matters.
* The power cable and the communi-
cation line shall not be in the same
transmission cable.
* The power cable and the communi-
cation line shall not be tied together.
