WARNING
This appliance is for installation only in a solid-fuel
burning masonry or UL 127 factory-built fireplace or in
a listed ventless firebox enclosure. It has been design
certified for these installations. Exceptions: DO NOT
install this appliance in a factory-built fireplace that
includes instructions stating it has been tested or
should not be used with unvented gas logs. State or
local codes may only allow operation of this appliance
in a vented configuration. Check your state or local
codes.
Approved Monessen unvented firebox enclosures,
refer to installation instructions in Owner's Manual for
applicable models. If not available, contact dealer.
Min. clearances: 1.75" from side combustible wall;
42" from top of fireplaces opening to ceiling; 36"
from side of fireplaces.
