When the power is connected to the unit all the functions plus some additional
operations can be completed from the remote control.
1. ON/OFF, When the unit is connected to the mains supply this button will
turn the item on or off.
2. MODE, This will allow the unit to cycle through
the 3 operating modes in order.
+/-, In COOL mode the pressing of the + or –

buttons will increase or decrease the set temperature (16C - 30C), In
TIMER mode this button will increase or decrease the time to start or
switch off. See TIMER section for more information.
4. FAN. This button will
adjust the fan speed
in both FAN and
COOL modes. There
are 3 fan speeds and auto, auto is only available in COOL mode and
the unit will select the appropriate speed according to the room
temperature. You cannot adjust the fan speed in DRY mode.
5. SLEEP. The SLEEP mode sets the unit to run in a progressively quiet
operation.
6. TIMER. When the unit is ON the TIMER can be used so set a time till it
switches off. To do this press the TIMER button and an arrow will
appear on the remote control below T-OFF and H will appear and flash.
