Caller ID service

You must subscribe to the Caller ID service from your telephone company to use
this feature.
When the telephone rings, the Caller ID feature allows you to view the caller's name
and phone number on the handset and base display before you answer the phone.
The handset displays the phone number of the incoming call, the name, time, and the
number of calls. Additionally, you can dial the displayed number and store the informa-
tion for memory dialing.
The base displays only the name and the phone number of the incoming call.
After the call has ended, the information is retained in the handset's Caller ID memory.
Additional Caller ID features can only be accessed on the handset.
