Using the Phonebook

You can store up to seventy entries in the handset's phonebook.
If the phonebook is full and you try to add a new entry, you will
hear a beep and see Memory Full in the display. Delete some of
the existing entries before trying to add new ones.
Press
to enter the phonebook. Once in the phonebook, you
have the following options:
Scroll through
the entries
Jump to
entries that
start with a
certain letter
Store a new
entry
Copy one
entry to
another
station
Copy all
entries to
another
station at
once
Dial an entry
Delete an
entry
Delete all
entries
Close the
phonebook
Press
to scroll through the phonebook
alphabetically.
Press the number key corresponding to the letter you
want to jump to.

Press MENU/SELECT.
)
Move the cursor to Create New, and then press
MENU/SELECT.
)
Find the entry you want to copy, and press
MENU/SELECT.
)
Move the cursor to Copy, and press
MENU/SELECT.

Move the cursor to select the station you want to
copy the entry to, and press MENU/SELECT.

Press MENU/SELECT, and then select Copy All.

Move the cursor to select the station you want to
copy the entries to, and press MENU/SELECT.

Move the cursor to Yes, and press MENU/SELECT.

Find the entry you want to dial.

Press TALK/FLASH or

Find the entry you want to delete, and press
MENU/SELECT.

Move the cursor to Delete, and press MENU/SELECT.

Press MENU/SELECT.

Move the cursor to Delete All, and press
MENU/SELECT.
Press END, or press
