Call Restrictions
This allows you to restrict certain calls from or to your mobile phone.
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key
Settings > Phone settings > Security > Call restrictions.
Enter your passcode and press the Center soft key
Select Incoming calls or Outgoing calls.
Select from Allow all, Contacts only, or Block all.
Note: You can change the security passcode under Edit code menu. See
Show passwords
Allows you to see passwords as you type.
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key
Settings > Phone settings > Security > Show passwords.
Select On or Off, and then press the Center soft key
Device admin apps
View, activate, or deactivate device administrators.
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key
Settings > Phone settings > Security > Device admin apps.
Select an application you want to manage.
Read the on-screen information, highlight Activate/Deactivate this device admin app,
and then press the Center soft key
Encrypt & credentials
You can encrypt the data in your phone or on the SD card installed in your phone. You need to
enter the PIN or password for the screen lock for the operation. To set up a PIN or password,
see Screen Lock Type.
Warning: Do not use the phone or remove the SD card during the encryption and decryption
processes as some or all of your data will be lost.
To encrypt the data in your phone or SD card:
Charge the battery first. If the phone does not have sufficient battery charge, the
encryption process cannot be initiated.
