IF SERVICE IS REQUIRED

If the need for service arises, contact the dealer from whom the unit was
purchased. State the Model Number and Serial Number and explain the
problem. The Model and Serial Number plate is located inside unit at
upper right hand corner; you must pull the top drawer out completely to
see the serial number plate.
If you do not know the name of the selling dealer or local service com-
pany, you can check on-line at www.U-LineService.com.
Use only genuine U-Line replacement parts. Genuine U-Line parts are
designed to work correctly with U-Line products and offer superior
service life. The use of non-U-Line parts can damage the unit and may
void the warranty.
Possible Cause
Temperature not set
cold enough.
Certain sounds
are normal.
Drawer not closed
correctly.
Temperature control
set too cold.
Items too tall.
Open Thermistor.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
Set temperature controller to
colder setting. See page 18.
Allow 24 hours for
temperature to stabilize.
Soft sounds from the
compressor and fan motor
will be heard.
Be sure drawer is closed
correctly.
Set temperature controller
to warmer setting.
See page 18.
Adjust items in drawer(s).
Call for service.
