Assemble all parts on a smooth surface to avoid scratching.
2.
Match up the holes on the Carriage (3) to the underside of the Bottom Board (4).
Thread the Bolts (6) and Washer (10) through the holes in the Bottom Board and
secure with a Washer (10) and Nut (11) on the underside. Tighten hardware.

Mount the Wheels (2) by placing Washer (7) on Axle, tap on Wheel with
hammer, place another Washer (7) on the Axle. Push the Cotter Pin (9)
through the hole in the Axle. Bend the Cotter Pin around the Axle with Pliers
to prevent the Wheel from coming off. Repeat on the other three Wheels.
