Section 01: ENGINE
13. Disconnect and remove the air intake duct
mounted between the turbocharger outlet and
the air cooler inlet (5, Fig. 16).
14. Disconnect two
thermostat housing and from the coolant pipe
assembly.
15. Disconnect and remove a section of coolant
pipe assembly

Caution:
To avoid damage to turbocharger,
cover the turbocharger outlet opening to prevent
foreign material from entering.
19. Disconnect the block heater connector
above the power steering pump (6, Fig. 16).
20. Disconnect the steel-braided airline from the
A/C compressor air bellows.
21. Disconnect the oil delivery hose from the
valve located at the reserve tank drain
(7, Fig. 16).
22. Disconnect the power steering pump supply
and discharge hoses.

16. Disconnect and remove the small hose
connected to the heater line valve and to the
water pump.

23. Close engine fuel supply shutoff valve on
primary fuel filter. Disconnect the fuel line
connected to inlet port.

24. Disconnect the air compressor discharge,
governor steel-braided airlines and manual
filling airlines from compressor.
