TOOL BAR: a series of choices for the user to select to activate functions of
the digital voice editor including set-up and saving dictated files to PC options.
RECORDER FILE FOLDERS: shows the available file folders of the
digital recorder for the user to choose from.
FOLDER CONTENT INFORMATION: provides detailed information on each
dictation. When a file folder in the RECORDER FILE FOLDER section of the GUI
is clicked on, the dictations in that folder will appear in the this section of the GUI
PLAYBACK INFORMATION: provides information as to what is being listened
to as well as where you are in the dictation you are listening by showing the
total recording time and current position in time.
PC HDD FILES: shows the PC's HDD drive contents
PC HDD FILE CONTENTS: shows the individual dictations in the HDD file
CONTROL SECTION: a series of options to control the playback as well as
e-mail and Voice to Print functions

FILE STRUCTURE:

The amount of information that is shown on the PC in the GUI of the
Digital Voice Editor Software is based on the user set up. This is done
in the Options selection from the Tool Bar. You can choose to display the
following:
Model Number
Folder Number
Folder Name
Message Number
User Name
Message Name
Record Mode
Record Date
Record Time
