    ASSEMBLY • Assembly requires two persons. • In addition to the included tool(s), assembly requires the following tool(s): • Place all parts in a cleared area and remove the one Phillips screwdriver packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until you finish all assembly steps.
  • Page 7 3. While a second person lifts the rear of the Frame (1), attach the Rear Stabilizer (3) to the Frame with two M8 x 58mm Screws (17), two M8 Split Washers (18), and two M8 Large Curved Washers (16). 4. Orient the Upright (4) and the Lower Upright Cover (58) as shown.

Attach the Upright (4) with two M8 x 72mm Bolts (107), two M8 Split Washers (18), an M8 Small Curved Washer (43), an M8 Washer (12), and two M8 Locknuts (13);...
  • Page 9 7. Identify the Right Pedal (34) and the Right Pedal Arm (8), and orient them as shown. Attach the Right Pedal (34) to the Right Pedal Arm (8) with three M8 x 45mm Screws (33) and three M8 Washers (12); start all the Screws, and then tighten them.
  • Page 10 9. Slide an M12 Washer (38) onto an M10 x 80mm Shoulder Bolt (37). While a second person holds the front end of the Right Pedal Arm (8) inside the bracket on the right Upper Body Leg (7), insert the M10 x 80mm Shoulder Bolt (37) through both parts.
  • Page 11 11. While a second person holds the Handlebar (5) near the Upright (4), locate the Pulse Wires (55) inside the Handlebar and route them through the Upright as shown. Tip: Avoid pinching the Pulse Wires (55). Attach the Handlebar (5) to the Upright (4) with four M8 x 16mm Screws (53) and four M8 Split Washers (18);...

  • Page 13 15. Identify a Pedal Arm Cover A (36) and a Pedal Arm Cover B (101), and orient them as shown. Press the Pedal Arm Covers A and B (36, 101) together around the Right Pedal Arm (8). Then, attach them with four M4 x 18mm Screws (35). Repeat this step for the Left Pedal Arm (98).
