To perform a hardware reset of your notebook or mobile workstation, follow ALL of the following steps
A hardware reset temporarily disconnects the internal battery to fully reset the system:
1� Power off the notebook or mobile workstation
2� Remove the AC power cord from the notebook or mobile workstation
3� Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds
