    Wahl Academy Chromstyle OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Before the appliance is used for the first time it should be charged for 10hours. MAINS OPERATION Connect the plug-in transformer to the appliance socket (fig1a) Page 8. Connect the plug-in transformer to the power supply (fig1b) Switch the appliance on using the on/off switch and after use switch off again.
  • Page 7 Wahl Academy Chromstyle shuts off automatically. CUTTING LENGTH ADJUSTMENT The cutting length adjustment is incorporated into the blade (fig3). It has five settings from 1mm to 3mm. Simply move the lever to required position and click into place. ATTACHING/REMOVING THE ATTACHMENT COMB Slide the attachment comb all the way on the blade set in the direction indicated by the arrow (fig 4a).

    The blade set should be replaced if cutting performance is reduced after extended use. DISPOSAL OF BATTERIES CONTAINS SEALED, RECHARGEABLE NiMH BATTERY. BATTERIES MUST BE RECYCLED OR DISPOSED OF PROPERLY. Under normal use the battery will last for 3-5 years. Should replacement be necessary, please contact an authorised Wahl service agent.
