FIELD REPLACEABLE UNIT DOCUMENTATION

SD/SOUND BOARD REMOVAL

M2.5x4 flat head black screws
1. Disconnect the speaker cable from PJ6501 on the
SD/sound board.
2. Disconnect the flat cable from the PJ2100 on the
SD/Sound board.
3. Remove three M2.5x4 flat head black screws securing
the SD/Sound board. Lift out the SD/Sound board.
LED BOARD REMOVAL
M2.5x4 flat head black screws
1. Peel off the glass tape securing the flat cables and
disconnect the two flat cables from PJ2500 and PJ2510
on the LED board.
2. Remove two M2.5x4 flat head black screws securing
the LED board.
3. Lift out the LED board.

TOUCHPAD REMOVAL
PJ334
M2x3 flat head black screws
1. Disconnect the flat cable from PJ334 on the system
board.
2. Remove four M2x3 flat head black screws securing
the touch pad.
3. Lift out the touch pad and disconnect the flat cable
from connector on the backside of the touch pad.
SPEAKER REMOVAL
Speaker harness
1. Release the speaker harness from the guide hooks
of the batt con holder and the speaker holder.
2. Lift out the speaker.
