Assembly
Connect the wire harness to the pump power cord:
Note: Make sure the ON/OFF switch on the pump is in the OFF position.
a) Use the pump power cord to connect the 2-pin connector from the battery
wire harness to the 2-pin connector from the pump.
b) Ensure that wires align red to red and black to black.

Verify a complete connection has been made by checking with a DC voltmeter,
or by briefly turning the ON/OFF switch on the pump to the ON position and
listening for pump activation.
AFTER EACH USE, disconnect power to the sprayer
the battery wire harness from the pump power cord
plugged into the 2-pin connector from the battery wire harness to charge the
battery while still in the sprayer.
NOTE: It is important to disconnect power to the sprayer when not in use for
safety reasons. ALWAYS verify that the power has been disconnected or the
ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position before adding chemicals or servicing.
When it is necessary to disconnect the wire harness from the battery,
use the following procedure:
1. Disconnect pump power cord from the battery wire harness.
2. Disconnect the wire harness from the battery as follows:
a) Disconnect the wire harness' black wire from the negative (-)
terminal of the battery.
c) Disconnect the wire harness' red wire from the positive (+) terminal of the
battery.
WARNING:
Always disconnect in this sequence to avoid possible shock.
