DISPENSING STEAM

DISPENSING MAY BE PRECEDED BY SHORT SPURTS OF HOT WATER AND SCALDING IS
POSSIBLE. THE HOT WATER/STEAM WAND MAY REACH HIGH TEMPERATURES: DO NOT
TOUCH IT WITH BARE HANDS. USE THE APPROPRIATE HANDLE ONLY.

Place a container with the
beverage to be frothed beneath
the hot water/steam wand.

The display shows "brewing in
progress... steam".

Repeat the operation to
froth another beverage.
After dispensing steam, clean the steam wand as described on page 29.

Heat the beverage by gently
swirling the container while steam
