    Espresso Coffee is made by rapidly forcing hot water by means of steam pressure through the ground coffee, thus extracting the flavour. Now that you are the proud owner of the SALTON Cappuccino Exprès , you can experience the taste of a delicious cup of espresso or cappuccino, time and time again, in the comfort of your own home.

    Wash all removable parts in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the machine with a damp cloth. Run water only (without coffee) through your Salton Cappuccino Exprès. Follow the instructions below in the "Making Espresso Coffee" section numbers 1-10.
