6. Hold your forefinger on the modem flex-cable connector to prevent it from bending, and pull the flex
cable out of the connector.

7. Using a 3/16 inch nutdriver, remove the two nuts that secure the ROM-connector shield to the bot
tom case.

8. Lift the PGA out of the bottom case.
