Check if the number has been entered
properly.
Check for new restrictions.
Contact service provider or reset limit
with PIN2.
Press the Power/Lock Key for at least
two seconds.
Charge battery. Check the charging
indicator on the display.

Make sure phone is charging at a normal
temperature.
Check the charger and its connection to
the phone.
Plug the charger into a different outlet.
