Select [Aspect Ratio], and then press OK to confirm.

[4:3]: The picture is reproduced in 4: format. A black band

is displayed on either side of the picture.
[Movie Expand 16:9]: (Default) (letterbox format) The

picture is enlarged to 16:9 format. A large part of the top
and bottom of the picture is trimmed. Select this to play
pictures which have black band at the top and bottom.
[Widescreen]: The picture is displayed in the original
•
proportion of images transmitted in 16:9 format.

Tip
•
If you play a 4: picture in Widescreen mode, it stretches horizontally.
