5. Mark the shipping container \FRAGILE" to
encourage careful handling.
Before the Fader is switched on, all protective earth
terminals, extension cords, autotransformers, and devices
connected to the instrument should be connected to a
protective earth grounded socket. Any interruption of the
protective earth grounding will cause a potential shock
hazard that could result in personal injury.
Before the Fader is switched on, it must be set to the
same line voltage as the power source or damage to the
instrument may result. Refer to the Installation Guide
for instructions.
If the power cable is not plugged in, follow these
instructions.
On the rear panel:
1. Check the line voltage selection switch for correct
voltage selection. Set to 115V position for
100/115/120V operation. Set to 230V position for
220/230/240V operation.
2. Plug in the power cable.
