from direct heat sources.
Before installing the transmitter, compare the process data against the data on the
rating plate.
The housing may only be opened for maintenance, local operation or electrical instal-
lation.
Suitable tools must be used for connecting the transmitter on the pressure side. Do
not rotate the housing, to install the process terminal.

Fixing without a Mounting Bracket

The transmitter may be fixed directly to the process connection.
5.1.2

Fixing with a Mounting Bracket

The mounting bracket is fixed:
• to a wall or a mounting frame using two screws
or
• to a vertical or horizontal mounting pipe (50 to 60 mm in diameter) using a U-bolt.
The transmitter is fastened to the mounting bracket using the two enclosed screws.
