Keeping Track of Calls
This chapter shows you how to use Telephone Manager's
call history and notes features so you can keep track
of your telephone calls.
Displaying the History List
Telephone Manager keeps a record of each telephone call
you make.
This record is called the History List file.
To display this list, open Telephone Manager.
This
time use the mouse:

Point to the VOICE 1: display on the status
line and press <Bl>.
>
Press [HISTORY] to display the Edit History
List window.
Your list looks something like this:

Notes
For each call made you see the telephone number, the
name of the person you called, the length of the call,
the date and time when you placed the call, and the
subject of the call.
The asterisk (*) under Notes
indicates that you took notes for that call.
