NOTE: Repeated operation of the opener in a short
Deriod of time durinq setuD mav triqber the thermaF
butout of the motor. Tn this'casdvou-frill have to wait
for aDDroximatelv five minutes f6r the motor to cool
suffidi'entlv to cohtinue the installation process. lf the
unit has oVerheated vou will hear the r'elavs clickino
in response to the tr5nsmitter or pushbutfon but thE
motor will not operate. After cooling down, normal
operation will redume.
The limit adiustment screws are inside the lamo cover
and are marked as uo limit and down limit. One Iull turn
of either screw results in approximately 150mm of trolley
travet.
. Pluo the oDener into an earthed three-Din 220-240V ouI-
let ;nd switch on the power. The opener's courtesv lamp
may turn on. or may flash for five seconds.
. Remove the lamp cover bv turninq the catch on its under-
side. Remove the oreen'control-Danel cover to exDose
the setup controls. Observe the red and oranqe indibator
LEDs. The red LED will slav on continuousl\iat the fullv
closed oosition. The oranqe'LED will stav on-continuous'-
lv at the fullv ooen oosition. ldentifv th6 oreen oDerate
dutton. Ensuie the dbor is engaged bn the-trolley.
. Press and release the oreen ooerate button to move the
door up or down. Presiaqain tb stoo in the reouired fullv
ooen cir fullv closed positi6ns. Each iime the orierate but--
tdn is pressed the dbor will stop or move in tfie opposite
orrec00n.
. When the dqqr is at the fully closed position turn the down-limit screw (located adjacent to the courtesy lamp) until the
red down-LED stays on cohtinuously.
. When the do_or is at the fully.open position, turn the up-limit screw (located adjacent to the courtesy lamp) until the
orange up-LEU srays on conrnuousry.
. lf the door can not be moved sufficientlv far enouqh then look at the red and oranqe LEDS. lf one of these is on con-
tinuously then the door has stoppgd at d limit poin[ Adjust that limit to allow more tiavel. One turn of a limit adjustment
screw =-approximately
250mm of door travel.
