• Examine the wear to the lever arm and the needle
valve.
• Clean the valve housing and make sure that the
openings are clear.
• Examine the seals of the check valves for damage.

6.12.3 To assemble the carburetor
1. Examine that the lever arm is flush with the
carburetor housing without a gasket.
2. Assemble the carburetor parts.
