FIELD REPLACEABLE UNIT DOCUMENTATION

CD SWITCH BOARD REMOVAL

M2.5x4 black flat head screws
1. Disconnect the CD switch cable from PJ7300 on
the CD switch board.
2. Remove two M2.5x4 black flat head screw securing
the CD switch board.
3. Lift out the CD switch board.
BATTERY BOARD REMOVAL
Battery board harness
PJ8810
1. Disconnect the battery board harness from PJ8810
on the system board.
2. Lift out the battery board.
3. Disconnect the battery board harness from PJ8811 on
the battery board.

M2x4 brass screws
1. Remove two M2x4 brass screws securing the
HDD interface board.
2. Disconnect the HDD interface board from PJ2000
on the system.
SYSTEM BOARD REMOVAL

Sound cable SD cable
1. Disconnect the sound cable from PJ2012 on the
system board.
2. Disconnect the SD cable from PJ2013 on the system
board.
3. Remove one M2.5x6 black flat head screw securing
the plastic brace.
4. Lift out the plastic brace.
