Important
Oven is factory-set for "instant on" operation. When oven door is opened, blower begins operating and
magnetron tube filament begins the required 3 second warm-up. Microwave energy is not generated until after door
is closed and oven is started. To deactivate "instant on" program, see option 8 on page 5.
Versatile Programming Features
Nine Optional Programs
Control panel has nine optional programs that allow
restriction over employee use of various oven functions.
Chart showing optional functions is on page 5.
Two Timing Methods
The control panel has two timing methods. Both methods
may be available to employees.
1.
Preset Timing Method - Assign single or multiple
timing programs to number pads. It allows fast, one-
touch operation that's ideal for repetitive, high-volume
situations and standardized menu items.
Reprogramming is necessary only when menu
changes. See Use and Care Manual for operating
instructions. Oven is programmed at factory with the
following single programs at full power:
Presetting Times and Power Levels
Each preset number pad can be reprogrammed to perform
different single timing or multiple timing programs by
changing heating times and/or power levels.

without generating microwave energy to oven cavity.
Procedure:
1.
Open oven door. "READY" appears in display. If
door is closed or RESET is pressed before finishing
programming sequence, oven leaves programming
mode.
2.
Press and hold pad number 1 for 15 seconds.
After 15 seconds beep sounds and "P" appears.
3.
Press desired number pad to change. Pad number,
heating time, and power level (if other than full
power) will be displayed.

Variable Entry Timing Method - This method never
needs programming. See Use and Care Manual for
operating instructions. At end of operating time,
oven control is again ready for either timing method.
To deactivate "Variable Entry Timing Method" see
option 9 on page 5.
4.
Press number pads to change to new heating
time.
Pad number remains in display and new
heating time will appear in display.
5.
To preset at power level other than full power
press appropriate power level pad. For example, to
heat on medium, press medium pad, "WARM"
appears in display.
6.
Press START to lock new heating time in oven
memory. "P" displays.
7.
To preset additional pads return to Step 3.
8.
To exit programming mode, press RESET or close
oven door. "READY" displays.
Timing Program Summary
1.
Open oven door.
2.
Press pad 1 for 15 seconds.
3.
Press pad to be changed.
4.
Press new heating time.
5.
Press appropriate power level (if other than full
power).
6.
Press START.
7.
Press RESET or close oven door.
