The official New York Times app is a free
app that lets you see the newspaper's
content in a format optimized for mobile
viewing. It's also easier to carry around
than a full paper. There's no registration
required, and at this point there appears to
be no advertising for anything other than
home delivery of The Times.
There is also a widget version of this app.
