Attach a piece of stabilizer on wrong side of fabric.
Draw letters on the fabric with tailor's chalk, Form
each pattern with the satin stitch, adjusting stitch
width.
Baste applique pieces on the fabric, or fuse the
applique pieces with iron-on tabric joinsr. Stitch
around the applique making sure the needle falls
along the raw edge ot the applique.
