The APP is not guaranteed to work with all versions of Android
OS.
● Confirm that the POWER LED is on.
● Check the following if the LINK LED does not light.
● Ensure the router's WLAN signal reaches the WLAN Adaptor,
the SSID is not hidden, the MAC address setup is enabled for
the WLAN Adaptor, the router's dual band signal is enabled
for 2.4 GHz connection.
● Check the network connections. (refer to Page 11)
Refer to the smartphone and router installation manual for
detail.
Set the additional unit, following the first unit initial setup.
It is recommended to name each of the registered air
conditioner units to distinguish them easily.
Download "Panasonic Comfort Cloud" app and create new
Panasonic ID.
Follow initial setting. Once the air conditioner is registered, input
the preset device password (set by first user).
Approval from administrator (first user) is required to complete
the registration.
For administrator approval, select the
Choose "Owner" and select "User List" to approve additional
user.
Reset the WLAN Adaptor to manufacturing default condition
by referring to "To transfer or dispose the WLAN Adaptor.
When resetting the WLAN Adaptor because you have forgotten
the password." method in the next section. Complete initial
connection setup.
