Always wear breathing equipment and only work in well ventilated rooms or using supplementary ventilating equipment. It is advisable to wear working clothing, safety glasses, ear protection and gloves. -

Never detach the material hose when it is under pressure. Always switch the device off first and release the pressure by depressing the trigger. With original WAGNER accessories and spare parts, you have the guarantee that all safety regulations are fulfilled. -

Detailed information about the various materials and the maximum permitted dilution can be found on the manufacturers' technical data sheets (e.g. available on the Internet). (Fig. 3) • Fold up the black bracket (fig. 4, 4) and remove from the spray gun from the device. • Completely unwind the material hose.

Important: Only operate device when filter disk is inserted (Fig. 5, A). Otherwise the suction filter can suction to the bottom of the paint container during operation.

W 990 Flexio W 990 Flexio 13. Adjusting the Material Volume The material quantity is set depending on the characteristics of the material (viscosity) and the working speed of the operator. This setting is performed by adjusting the material flow limiter (fig. 14, 1) from 1 (minimum) to 12 (maximum). -

Therefore the surface should be carefully prepared and kept free of dust. The enclosed practice poster is ideal for familiarising yourself with operation of the spray gun. -

W 990 Flexio W 990 Flexio 20. Cleaning Proper cleaning is the prerequisite for problem-free operation of the paint application device. No warranty claims are accepted in case of improper or no cleaning. We recommend using warm and soapy water for cleaning purposes. - Page 19 W 990 Flexio W 990 Flexio With a second empty bucket you can improve the cleaning result as the dirty water is not pumped through the system a second time. • Replace the paint container at the basic unit with a bucket of water or an empty bucket.
