31.1.4 Controller in "nonoperated state"
The controller assumes the "nonoperated state" when, during the last 8 minutes, none
of the buttons has been pressed or, previously, one of the operating mode buttons has
been pressed.
In the "nonoperated state", the time of day and all actual values can be viewed by pres-
sing the setting buttons
those on operating line 161. Any active limitations are indicated by
the priority. They can be retrieved on operating line 169.
When switching on again after a power failure, the display always shows the time of
day. Then, the display selected last will reappear.
31.1.5 Safety concept
The safety concept includes 3 choices aimed at protecting the unit against tampering:
• The functions or settings of function block "Locking functions" are locked on the
software side.
Locking can be overridden (for details, refer to the subsection below)
• With the locking on the hardware side, overriding of locking on the software side can
be prevented (also refer to section 28.3)
• The fixing screws on the controller front are recessed; the holes can be protected
with a sealing label which will be destroyed on removal
31.1.6 Setting levels and access rights
The operating lines are assigned to three different levels. Assignment and access are
as follows:
