Possible Cause
● Is the earpiece volume too low?
● Is
(out of range indicator) displayed?
Or are you in a location where the signal
is too weak?
● Is the wireless line busy or is the phone
you are calling on another line?
● Is manner mode turned on?
● Is
(ring tone off indicator) displayed?
● Is Touch sensor OFF?
● Is the key lock set?
● Is the battery pack installed properly?
● Are the plug and connector of the AC
adapter inserted properly?
● Is a finger or other object covering the
lens (camera)?
Remedy
Press u during a call to increase the
earpiece volume.
Move to a location where
indicator) is no longer displayed. Also
check the Area Setting.
End the call and try again later.
Hold down # for at least one second to
turn off manner mode.
Increase the volume of the incoming call
ring tone.
Close the cell phone and use Touch sensor
ON/OFF key to set Touch sensor ON.
Cancel the key lock using Lock key.
Install the battery pack properly.
Insert the plug and connector firmly.
Check the position of the lens (camera)
and remove the obstacle.
