On-Site Warranty Repair Procedure
On-Site Warranty Repair generaiiy is performed on repairable disptays which are 3:) inches and

customer with the on-site repair (OSR) authorization number, the third-party service provider wilt contact
the customer and wiit schedule the repair at the customer's location. The totat approximate time for the
repair process. which toctudes the repair diagnosis, dispatching the technician, stripping the replacement
partrfs), and arranging the appointment with the customer, is oomoteted within approximately 3 to 5
business days, pending avaiiobiiiiy of these factors.

discretion, the customer wilt be provided with a return authorization number and reptacement instrmztions.
Proof of purchase is required to confirm the product is within the one-year itmited warranty period one

periomt an ervsite swap of the origins; unit with the replaoernerrt unit. For dispiays under iortyviwo inches
(42"), the cusiorner is responsibie for the transportation charges to ViZtO's. service center. vrzto will be
responsibte for the return transportation charges from the service center to the customer. Ptease read

repaired and tested, the W110 service center wiii ship the unii back to the customer at ViZiO's expense.
