VlZlO provides a "ONE~'l'EAR LlMlTED \'VARRAN'l'Y" against manufacturing defects in materials and V
workmanship to the original purchaser of a new vszlo display purchased from an authorized Vlzlo U.S.
reseller and used in the fifty (50) United States or Poertoftico. , , - V

Vlzlcl displays purchased new from an authorized vrzlo US. reseller and that are used in the fifty (50)
United States or Palette Rico are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and
worlrrnanship for one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase. ll' the display lallslo conform to
this limited warranty, V1230 will. at its option and sole discretion. repair or replace the display.
Labor
During the one-year timlled warranty period, Vlzlo will provide, when needed, service labor to repair a
manufacturing defect. Repairs required on displays which are thirty (30) inches and larger generaliy will
be made 'on—site" where the cllsplay is installed. The clelerrnlnatlon for perforrning the on-site repair is
dependent upon the manufacturing defect and is at lilZlO's option and sole discretion. Repairs required
on displays which are less than thirty (30) inches generally will lac perlorrnecl at 8 VIZIO service center.
Parts
Repairs may be made with new or recertlllecl parts. or the entlre unit may be replaced will a new or
recerllfiecl unit, at VlZlO's option and sole discretion. Replacernent parts or replacement units provided
under this limited warranty are warranted {or the renrairxing portion of the original warranty period, or tor
ninety (90) days from warranty service or replacerrcenl. whichever is later. i
How to Gbtain Warranty Service
' To obtain warranty service, contact Vlzlo Tectrnbel Support via email at TeellSu;3porl@VlZl0.com, via
phone at 877—MYVlZlO (877-698-4948), or via postal mail at VlZlO Technical Support, 39 Tesla, lrvlne,
CA 92616. You must provide the model, serial number, and date of purchase. VlZlO Technical Support is
available from 6:00AM to 9:00PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and t0:0OAM to 2:00PM Pacific
Time, Saturday and Sunday. Please note that holiday hours may vary. For up to date information, please
visit www.VlZl0.com.
Vlzlo reserves the rigmto assess all warranty claims and to determine it defects or damages are covered
by this limited warranty. in case of 3 claim that is not covered by this warranty, you wlll be contaéled to
determine whelller Vlzlo should repair the damage for a fee or wlletller the product should be relurnerl to
you as received by the service technician or service center,
Parts nnd service labor that are VlZlO's responsibility under this lmted warranty will be provided without
charge. All other service is at the customers expense. Vlzlo reserves tllerlght lo charge the customer for
any service call for anything not covered by this limit;-cl warranty. Before you ask for warranty service,
please review your User Manual. You may avoid a service call and a service charge.

This limited warranty does not cover the followlrlgz» cosmetic defects: damage. malfurlctlons or failures
resulting from shipping or transit, improper or faulty installation. abuse, operation contrary to furnished
instructions, operation on incorrect power supplies, products not supplied by W210, modifggatlon.
alteration, improper servicing or tampering; damage from tire, water, lightning, power surges. abnormal
environmental conditions or other acts of nature; normal wear and lear; unsatisfactory visual or audio
performance not caused by a marrulaclurlng defect; or displays riitlr a missing or unreadable serial
number. Operation of the display for cornmerclal purposes or in applications or uses for which the display
is not intended is not covered by this limllecl warranty. "image sticking': ceased lay static images on the
screen for exlencled perlodw and or excessive brightness and contrast levels. is not covered by this
